John Oxending is the only person in the United States with the unique experience of being a state Insurance Commissioner for 16 years and also being an attorney.
His long tenure not only made John the most senior Insurance Commissioner in the country, it gave him a unique insight on how the insurance industry operates. John uses his knowledge along with his many years of exerpience, in which he was responisble for interpreting, enforcing, implementing, and (in many cases) writing insurance laws and regulations, to continue to serve the public as an expert in various types of cases.
Because John believes the credibility of an expert witness is vital, John insists on providing credible testimony regardless of client type, plaintiff or defendant. John has provided testimony in both state and federal courts as well as administrative hearings across the country.
